Customer portals and booking platforms

Let customers do for themselves what they currently have to call you about

ShiftedLabs builds customer portals and booking platforms so businesses stop handling by phone and email what a customer could do themselves. For Málaga Football Tours we built a four-language booking site with direct Stripe payment, moving bookings off commission-charging marketplaces and onto the operator’s own platform.

Who it's for

Businesses where customers must call or email to book, check, change or retrieve something that software could handle — and businesses paying marketplaces or agents for customers they could reach directly.

Signs your current tools are failing

  • Customers phone during office hours to do something that takes thirty seconds.
  • Bookings arrive through a marketplace that owns the customer relationship and takes a cut.
  • Your team re-types booking details from one system into another.
  • Customers cannot see the status of their own order, job or account.
  • Availability is confirmed by someone checking a calendar manually.

What we build

  • Self-service portals where customers see their own data and act on it.
  • Booking with real availability, not a request form someone answers later.
  • Payments built in, so the transaction completes on your platform.
  • Multilingual sites where your customers are not all in one country.
  • Automatic confirmations and reminders, replacing manual follow-up.

What a sensible first version looks like

Take the single most common reason customers contact you and make it self-service. Measure the drop in calls before building the rest of the portal.

Start with the smallest thing worth proving.

When not to build this

If your volume is genuinely low, a good phone number beats a portal nobody logs into. And never remove the human route entirely — self-service should be the fast path, not the only one.

Typical integrations and data

  • Stripe and other payment providers
  • Calendars and availability systems
  • Email and WhatsApp
  • Your CRM

What happens after launch

We watch what customers actually do in the portal and report on it. Changes get made with evidence, not opinion.

Ownership: you own the code, the data and the accounts. We can host and maintain it, but it is yours.
